As we work together, you are in charge of your goals; I'll just lead the way.
After carving his masterpiece, the statue of David, Michelangelo said:
"It was always there in the block of marble, I just cleared away the unnecessary pieces."
My job, too, is to help you clear away the unwanted pieces.
Through years of study, I have found that emphasizing physical core stability and strength is the best avenue toward sustainable success in fitness. This involves strengthening and integrating the entire body, not just isolated muscle groups.
I will teach you how to achieve balanced-body fitness, using the safest and most efficient techniques for increasing strength, flexibility, and stamina - in a program designed especially for you.
